Fixes following user feedback :
-- File ltc_ytd_direct_care_cost_20230601133927.txt has multiple values of "Not Provided" in numerical columns.
-- File ltc_ytd_direct_care_hrs_20230601133927.txt has value “Not Provided” in numerical column DIR_CARE_PROD_HRS_SUB_YTD.

-- File name and File name expression mismatch. Files not recognized and loaded.
