This is apparently an oversight from the the original game as the education, entertainment adn religion advisors are already white on grey.

Not sure if it fits this project as this is consistent with the original Caesar 3 but the education, entertainment and religion advisors are already white on grey, so it feels like an oversight from the original C3. Feel free to close this if this is out of scope.
