There was some issue with Filter+ for Google It's recommended to use Filter (without +) for Google Office sites. |

I found when using Google Docs that Filter+ mode on 4.9.106 is disabling mouse wheel scrolling on Google Chrome 136.0.7103.94. The other modes allow scrolling just fine.
