3rd year CS student at Seneca. I build full-stack applications, mostly Java and React, deployed on whatever cloud makes sense for the project. I tend to go deeper than necessary, Nest, my rental search app, somehow ended up with RabbitMQ and GKE workers. I learned a lot. Worth it, I hope..
I run technical workshops at Google Developer Group on campus. Heavy on dev tooling, AI, or anything that is important in the industry.
Heavy Cursor and Claude user. Not hiding it, I think knowing how to work with AI tooling is just part of the job now.
Plated — meal planning app on AWS. Pulls recipes from MealDB, prices ingredients through Walmart's API. Had to build a unit normalization layer because grams and kilograms don't cost the same. Sits at 86% test coverage.
Nest — rental search tool that aggregates Kijiji and Craigslist listings. The overengineered one. Parallel scraping, rate limiting, CI/CD to GKE.
Open to co-op starting fall 2026.
