Added global hotkeys

Added global hotkeys for all cameras. Numeric keys on the numeric key pad must be used,

Windows Key + 0 (Home) = Camera 1 Home
Windows Key + 1-8 (Memory) = Camera 1, Memory position 1-8

Windows Key + Ctrl + 0 (Home) = Camera 2 Home
Windows Key + Ctrl + 1-8 (Memory) = Camera 2, Memory position 1-8

Windows Key + Alt + 0 (Home) = Camera 2 Home
Windows Key + Alt + 1-8 (Memory) = Camera 2, Memory position 1-8

Add new release version and fix typo in dialog ressource.

Minor changes to the readme.

Added support for Logitech PTZ Pro camera.

Fixed bug, that settigs dialog didn't show the matching camera names.

Added Accelerator to switch between the cameras.
