Do you know if/when V3 will be launched? Any date?

Axmol v3 is currently in alpha state (There a so much new features, external libs and some more in it).

My point of view:
A whole beta status (no more API changes) is a hard status!
Why:
Axmols Physics2D/Physics3D features using other 3third party libs now.
DrawNode has not all ideas implemented until yet.
Json/Lua ...etc

So some public API are still not in a fix state.
Maybe some parts of Axmol will be switch to Beta-Status (no public API changes) and other will be longer in Alpha-Status or/and have an own timeline.

But you can use it now. Dont wait... you be not alone and cpp-tests shows you how stable the Axmol v3 is at the moment.

After DrawNode-v3 and physics(2d/3d) refactoring finished, I plan to release axmol-3.0.0-beta1
