Function: Creating Wireguard Server Tunnel Host Credentials

Bug: When creating new Wireguard Server Tunnel Host Credentials, the node firmware duplicates previously-created credentials, specifically port numbers already in use. See attached screenshot.

The issue has been observed on multiple nodes, specifically Mikrotik HAP2 and HAP3.

Expected & Required Behavior: Creation of new tunnels should result in unique credentials with no duplicated information. Duplicated port number result in one of the tunnels containing the same port number will not work.

Additional Comments: Tunnels are the backbone of AREDN. Without the ability to easily and reliably create and manage tunnels, AREDN's performance will be seriously affected.
