I had a PS3 game (Need for Speed Carbon) in JB format on my NTFS drive (was previously an ISO, but had to extract it to replace a file), and used the file manager's Build ISO from Folder option to try and build the ISO on my NTFS drive. It seemed to work, until it got to the part where it says Computing LBA for X directory entries, then the console froze. I tried multiple times, renaming the folder to various different things. In the end, I had to copy the folder to the internal HDD, then build an ISO to the NTFS drive (again). To clarify, the JB format game was on the NTFS drive, and I was trying to build the ISO also on the NTFS drive. I assumed this would work, as the ISO was originally on the NTFS drive, and it successfully extracted there as well.
