Draft List:

1.Horizontal Bar - Open issue count by type from AdvisoryToDoV2.issue_type
Shows what issues exist in a Data source.

2. Donut Chart - Issue type contribution by datasource
   Shows how much a particular importer contributes to a given data quality issue.

3. Line Chart - Open vs resolved issues monthly
   Shows issue resolution rate for all importers or a selected datasource.
