10+ years in design and technology. 20+ years leading high-stakes teams across four continents. Currently leading Customer Data & Technology as a national capability at a global design agency.
My work spans frontend engineering, design systems, human-machine interfaces, AI and ML integration, data visualisation, and product delivery. I've held the roles of Tech Lead, Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Design Technologist — not because I couldn't specialise, but because the problems worth solving don't respect those boundaries.
Most of my professional work lives behind NDAs and private repos. What's here is a mix of open source contributions, experimental work, and proof of concepts — the thinking-out-loud layer of a practice that mostly ships in the real world.
