Describe the issue

When string is automatically translated and this state appears in the repository, the acting user on change might be None. This leads to confusing description of the automatically translated state.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Create XLIFF file with automatically translated flag.
2. Import it to Weblate.
3. Browse to automatically translated string.

Expected behavior

The message could include the change action if user is not available.
