  1. Add CLI proxy (server.ts) + update README 

    - cli-proxy/server.ts: Bun-based CLI proxy wrapping cmd with --resume session management
- Uses --verbose + --resume <session-id> for explicit multi-turn session continuity
- Session recovery from .jsonl files on disk after proxy restart
- Title-gen call isolation to prevent session pollution
- Multi-account rotation on rate limit (429)
- API keys redacted — replace with your own
- README updated: documents both proxies, comparison table, streaming limitation noted
