Brief summary
Sometimes, attaching a new (physical) device, the device does not show up in the device-tray-icon.
Sometimes an external drive shows up as usb-device, but not as block-device.
Usually, qvm-device cli is unaffected, though I observed at least one occurrence of device missing in qvm-usb.
Steps to reproduce
Attach new device to the computer.
Expected behavior
Device appears in device tray-icon
Actual behavior
(rarely) does not
