without waiting on that PR to merge.

Document Attendant software 2.7.0+ requirement

Initial HACS distribution of the Poolside integration (0.1.0)

Same integration as submitted to Home Assistant Core, packaged as a
custom component: custom manifest (version, issue_tracker), hacs.json,
validation workflows, and a sync script for pulling changes from the
core checkout.
