Service reply not recieved by ROS host for replies larger than mtu size #1

Found issue with zenoh-pico version 1.4.0 and rmw_zenoh jazzy - eclipse-zenoh/zenoh-pico#979

Zenoh router fails to de-fragment messages sent from zenoh-pico.

Limiting sizes in current configuration:

• For serial link _Z_SERIAL_MTU_SIZE (1500 bytes)
• For udp/tcp Z_BATCH_UNICAST_SIZE and Z_BATCH_MULTICAST_SIZE (2048 bytes)

Workaround seems to be to use zenoh-pico version 1.3.4
