Contributor License Agreement (CLA)

Thank you for your interest in contributing to a project maintained by PVP Inc. (“PVP”).

This Contributor License Agreement ("Agreement") documents the rights granted by you (the "Contributor") to PVP Inc. and its licensees regarding your contributions to a PVP-maintained source-available project.

By submitting any code, documentation, translation, design, or other material (each a "Contribution"), you agree to the following terms:

1. Grant of Rights

You hereby grant to PVP Inc. a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute your Contribution:

  • as part of a source-available project, subject to the existing project license, including non-commercial restrictions;
  • in any future dual-license or commercial version of the project, including proprietary licensing offered to third parties;
  • in association with PVP’s name, brand, or other projects.

You acknowledge that PVP may distribute your Contribution under both non-commercial and commercial licenses.

2. Original Work

You confirm that:

  • You are legally entitled to submit the Contribution.
  • The Contribution is your own original work or you have the right to submit it.
  • Your Contribution does not violate any third-party rights, including copyrights, patents, or trade secrets.

3. No Obligation

You understand that PVP is not obligated to include your Contribution in any project.

4. Attribution

Unless you request otherwise, PVP may credit you as a Contributor in project documentation, changelogs, and contributor lists.

5. Entire Agreement

This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and PVP with respect to your Contributions and supersedes any prior agreement or communication.
