Update to Java 17, Minecraft 1.18, and bump version to 2.0.

Updated for Spigot 1.12, with fixes to compensate for Spigot's removal of the ebean ORM. This build will not work on Spigot/CraftBukkit servers older than 1.12, and an older version of ModReq should be used in those cases.
