sorry, i found a bug in the last implementation i did (#2524)
the bug was related to a miscalculation of the offset when moving a tab, which made an annoying and uncontrolled scroll.
with this pull I fix that problem and also #2514

note that the patch is for v109

All submissions

• there are no other open Pull Requests for the same update/change
• Bromite can be built with these changes
• I have tested that the new change works as intended (AVD or physical device will do)
