  3. Fix probability bugs and add more checks 

    In initial product-of-experts implementation, many probability checks were
implemented incorrectly. This fixes them so that they are implemented
correctly. It also adds some checks to make sure things are correctly
sized, and fixes name generation so that it doesn't confuse Impro-Visor.
