Removed any references to Time.hpp/Time.cpp:

  • Any already changed and tested files (eg. PWM) got their old files removed (eg. PWM/PWM.hpp, PWM/PWM.cpp)
  • Any files that require changes got renamed [x -> x.old]
  • Renamed NewEncoder.hpp -> Encoder.hpp
  • Specified dependencies for x.old headers in HALAL.hpp
  • Remaining dependencies are: InputCapture and Phased[Dual]PWM
