Trying with firmware: firmware-heltec-v4-tft-2.7.15.567b8ea.bin and then firmware-heltec-v4-tft-2.7.17.9058cce.factory.bin

I can see the WiFi IP on the device's display, and MQTT is reporting my node to the map, but connecting to the node in my browser returns "Connection Refused" immediately. With the node switched off it times out, so this isn't a mistake like firewalls or being on the wrong LAN. I've erased and reflashed the device - same result, as well as factory reset through the MUI. No messages are printed to the serial console when trying to connect.

I've tried with a totally different AP (2.4ghz only) - same result.
