Bug description

When starting server and EssentialsX loads components, EssentialsGeoIP thows an error (see log) and is disabled. This started recently on a server that has not had any troubles with EssentialsGeoIP for years. Paper version is latest non-experimental, and EssentialsX/add-ons versions are latest dev releases. Both Paper version and EssentialsX/add-ons have been updated since last confirmed workiong status, exact versions can not be confirmed.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set up a Paper server with latest non-experimental build.
2. Add latest dev release version of EssentialsX including GeoIP add-on.
3. Start server.
4. See error when server tries to load EssentialsGeoIP.

Expected behaviour

EssentialsGeoIP should load without error and fuction normally.

Actual behaviour

An error is displayed in console when loading EssentialsGeoIP and the add-on is disabled.

Additional Information

NB: When EssentialsX loads it warns that "You are running an unsupported server version!". Perhaps it expects Paper version 1.21.9 already? There has not been any attempt to confirm the bug reported above with latest EssentialsX stable version (currently 2.21.2).
