Welcome! This is the support documentation for digital solutions seeking to apply for digital public good recognition from the DPGA. All digital solutions will be reviewed by the Digital Public Goods Alliance’s technical review team to ensure they meet the DPG Standard’s requirements for each indicator, following the DPG review policy. Once you're ready to begin your DPG application, kindly explore all the guides from start to finish, following the chronological order of the indicators listed below. Digital public good recognition applies solely to the core solution that applied for DPG recognition and only within the category (i.e., software, dataset, AI system, or content collection) under which it has been classified. There might be other eligibility requirements for each category. Please check the general information before applying.
Digital Public Goods (DPGs) are open-source software, open data, open AI systems, and open content collections that adhere to privacy and other applicable laws and best practices, do no harm, and help attain the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
