Expected Behavior

1. Default theme is usable (standard base16 colors, decent contrast with both light and dark terminal background)
2. Alternatively, default dark and light mode compatible themes are available, and auto switch on system/terminal mode change.

Actual Behavior

Default theme works great in dark terminal backgrounds, but is unusable in light terminal backgrounds. This is mostly due to some color choices which are low contrast when paired with light background colors.
