Hey everyone! Big fan of this project. Started using it for both person and work related projects. While exploring this project I decided to try extending it to integrate OTEL and Xdebug for a legacy application we are running at work. The result was this PR.

Before I went through the effort to break this up into smaller parts I wanted to see if there was any interesting in introducing these ideas into the main project?

Specifically

• Enable Plugins to extend the core CGC application.
• Enable two first party plugins for OTEL and Xdebug (can consider others as well)
• Enable Official MCP Server Support with HTTP Transport

The PR has more details. Fair warning it was driven nearly completely with CLAUDE and is still sitting on my own project. If any part of this idea resonates I'd be happy to break the PR up into smaller parts for review.
