Deleting a tuplet in a MIDI-imported score corrupts the score (rest placed at wrong position) #33360

@manolo

Description

@manolo

Issue type

File corruption

Description with steps to reproduce

  1. Import the attached MIDI file (triplet_8th_test.mid)
    • Measure 1: 4 quarter notes
    • Measure 2: 6 triplet 8th notes + 2 quarter notes
  2. Click on the "3" bracket above the triplets in measure 2 to select the tuplet
  3. Press Delete

Actual behaviour:

  • The first note in measure 1 (beat 1) is replaced by a rest
  • Measure 2 is left without any rest filling the deleted tuplet's position

Expected behaviour:

  • The tuplet is removed and replaced by a rest at its correct position in measure 2
  • Measure 1 is not affected
