Updating the sample to python:3.14.3-slim makes docker build fail at the FROM instruction in environments where that exact tag is not published yet, which breaks the documented local run flow for examples/cloud_run_decorator. Please switch this to a currently available tag (for example, an existing patch release or a floating minor tag) so the sample remains buildable.
