The new FROM python:3.14.2-slim tag does not exist on Docker Hub (Python 3.14 has not been released), so docker build for the Cloud Run HTTP example will fail with a manifest-not-found error. The prior 3.7-slim image was available, so this change regresses the ability to build the sample container.
