What happened?

I'm currently using 2FAuth on my TrueNAS Scale with NGINX proxy. I've double-checked the timezone settings on all devices, as well as the configurations on TrueNAS Scale, and everything is set correctly for my region.

However, I've noticed that three test samples of TOTP are consistently 22 seconds behind compared to another 2FA application, and this discrepancy has been confirmed on two different devices.

Has anyone else experienced similar syncing issues? Any recommendations or hints on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated!
