Memra Mac app Copilot view with local LLM status and slash command starters

How it works

Six steps from install to autopilot.

Memra brings customer context, local tools, and drip-cli workflows into one Copilot surface. This is the path your team walks the first day.

setup

Sign in once and make the Mac app usable.

Quick Setup signs you in with memra, creates or recovers your workspace, mints an API key, and saves it to macOS Keychain.

customers

Create and search real customer records.

Add customers with email, phone, LinkedIn, Slack, and Stripe context, then review detail pages with briefs, drift, drafts, financials, and comms.

sources

Connect and sync the systems around each account.

Wire up Stripe, Gmail, Slack, Google Calendar, and LinkedIn, then use Sync buttons or /sync to pull fresh data through drip-cli.

copilot

Plain English and slash commands in one chat.

Ask normal questions through your local LLM provider, or type slash commands for sync, doctor, digest, reply, enrich, schedule, actions, playbooks, and ask.

replies

Run outbound workflows from the same surface.

Review pending drafts, send one draft or a batch, and manage recommended actions without leaving Copilot.

local

Local health, indexing, and automation controls.

Run /doctor or the Settings health check, install the local drip-cli indexer, and start or stop autopilot daemons with a visible running pill.

FAQ

Questions founders ask.

What is Memra?

Memra is a desktop customer command center for B2B founders. It brings customer records, integrations, billing context, conversations, local Copilot chat, Drip CLI workflows, drafts, risks, and AI briefs into one searchable Mac workspace. Memra is built by Drippay, Inc., a Y Combinator Spring 2026 company.

Who is Memra for?

Memra is for B2B founders and early go-to-market teams that run sales, support, and customer success themselves. It is most useful when customer context is split across Slack, Gmail, iMessage, Stripe, notes, and memory.

How is Memra different from Salesforce or HubSpot?

Salesforce and HubSpot are systems of record that ask teams to maintain fields and workflows. Memra is a desktop memory layer that reads the tools founders already use, then turns that context into briefs, timelines, search, and Copilot answers.

How is Memra different from Attio or Folk?

Attio and Folk are CRMs you populate. Memra focuses on preparation and recall: search an account, read the AI brief, review billing and recent conversations, and ask Copilot what changed before you reply or join a call.

Which sources does Memra connect to?

Memra connects Stripe, Gmail, Slack, Google Calendar, and LinkedIn in the Mac app. The optional local Drip CLI indexer can also pull iMessage, Slack DMs, Gmail, Stripe, and calendar context into local customer activity.

What can Copilot answer?

Copilot can answer questions about accounts, renewals, risks, recent conversations, customer history, and next steps. Plain English routes to the local LLM provider you choose, including Ollama, Anthropic, or OpenAI.

What are Memra slash commands?

Slash-prefixed input in Copilot runs command workflows instead of normal chat. The Mac app ships ~100 commands across four groups: cli (local drip-cli wrappers like /sync, /doctor, /status, /init, /reply draft|send|approve|reject, /enrich person|company, /schedule, /book scan, /ask, /playbook list|use), api (calls to api.drippay.dev like /subscriptions, /webhooks, /api-keys, /invoices, /runs, /customers, /pricing), billing (/billing run-cycle, /billing dunning, /billing reconcile, /billing payouts, /billing charges, /billing customer balance), and autopilot (/autopilot start|stop|imessage|slack|install|status|logs, /audit recent|by|count|dryrun, /feed, /rules show|add|remove|pause|resume|dry-run, /spend cap show|set, /pause, /resume). The full reference lives at docs.drippay.dev/copilot-reference and is generated from the registry, so it cannot drift from the app.

Where do command workflows live?

Most command workflows live in the existing Copilot view. Sync also appears as a button on connected provider rows, health checks also appear in Settings, and active autopilot daemons show as a running pill in Copilot.

Can I create customers in the Mac app?

Yes. Memra can create customers from the Mac app with email, optional name, phone, LinkedIn, Slack, Stripe customer ID, welcome-email metadata, and an external customer ID that can be derived from email when omitted.

Is Memra private by design?

Yes. Memra is a local-first desktop app. API keys and LLM provider keys are stored in macOS Keychain, and macOS permissions explain exactly why access is requested. iMessage history is read locally from your Mac when you grant Full Disk Access.

How does Memra match messages to customers?

Memra matches conversations to customers by customer records, email addresses, domains, and contact handles. Matched messages appear in the customer timeline so the account story is available before a call or reply.

How long does Memra take to set up?

Most teams can start in a few minutes. Quick Setup signs you in with email or Google, creates or recovers your Drip workspace, mints an API key, and saves it to macOS Keychain. You can also paste an existing key from the advanced setup path.

Does Memra work on Windows?

The full Memra desktop app is built for macOS today because it uses native macOS permissions, Keychain, and optional iMessage access. Windows users can still use the Drip CLI release from GitHub.

How much does Memra cost?

Memra is currently in private beta. Pricing for the next cohort is set per founder based on customer count. Email [email protected] or meet with the founders at calendly.com/mike-drippay/quick-chat.

Who built Memra?

Memra is built by Drippay, Inc., a Y Combinator Spring 2026 company. The team also runs the customer-data infrastructure that Memra sits on top of. Email [email protected] to reach the founders directly.
