  STACKIT Secrets Manager - Extended Auditlog functionalities

  We have expanded the auditing capabilities of the STACKIT Secrets Manager to provide deeper visibility into your security landscape.

  While audit logs were previously limited to instance-level events (such as instance creation or deletion), we have now introduced granular logging at the secret level.

  Audit logs will now be generated for the following secret lifecycle events:

  • Creation of a secret
  • Deletion of a secret
  • Enabling of a secret version
  • Disabling of a secret version
  • Destruction of a secret version

  STACKIT File Storage Beta is now available

  We are happy to announce the Beta release of the STACKIT File Storage (SFS). This release empowers users to use NFS in a professional, fully managed Metro-setup.

  Key features

  • Simplicity: STACKIT File Storage can be easily and automatically provisioned via STACKIT Portal, API, SDK and Terraform and customized as required. It integrates seamlessly into the SNA customer environment at STACKIT.
  • Data Sovereignty and Reliability: To support data sovereignty, customers benefit from STACKIT File Storage as a “Metro” version of synchronous data storage across two availability zones
  • Security: The storage of the data in the STACKIT file storage is encrypted on the system side (system-wide) and thus increases data security.
  • Scaling: STACKIT File Storage offers powerful and individual options for scaling performance and capacity and enables simple and targeted changes as data volumes grow.
  • Functionality: With the snapshot functionality of STACKIT File Storage, point-in-time snapshots can be created, scheduled and restored as required. This can support business continuity requirements, for example.

  To activate the STACKIT File Storage, you need to create your first Resource Pool in an SNA-Project that has Routing Tables activated.
