• check cookies are set correctly
• clear cookies/cache (select 'all time')
• try in a private/incognito browser (where any browser addons/extensions won't be running)
• try a different browser that you haven't used before
• check any local firewall/AntiVirus apps that are running (they all should have log files to show if they are blocking anything -- some have 'default' settings that they say are to protect you but can interfere a lot!
• If you are using Safari browser it can be blocking preview cookies with their 'Intelligent Tracking Prevention 2.0', Look to disable the cookie block of the browser, refresh and try again
