Before I put more time into that, here's the strategy here:

1. Module by module migration.
2. By this order
 tkinter/test
  distutils/tests
  ctypes/tests
  lib2to3/tests
  unittest/test

*  sqlite3/test - excluded because needs more work.

Please let me know if there is a different order or more exclusions?
