This benchmark is abandoned for some time. Not sure if the author will come back soon to approve the PR

Maybe if I've got time, at some moment I can try to move this code to the one you shared. Thanks!

This change slows down swift build job by 10x+ (2min+ - 20min+). Maybe use a separate config file and include folder for this.
